She is an experienced Community Capacity Builder, Strategic Planner, and Leadership Development Consultant. As a veteran leader of exceptional, high-performing teams, she has first-hand knowledge on how to overcome challenges to meet deadlines, productivity expectations and deliverables. She is skillful at mentoring and guiding people as they set goals that are measurable as well as manageable action steps. She has a Masters in Nonprofit Management Leadership, Dual B.S. in Psychology and Sociology. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Unique Family Connections, a nonprofit dedicated to building healthier and empowered communities. Her professional development includes being a Certified Community Health Worker and Master Trainer, Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow-belt and she holds certifications in Domestic Violence Assessment, Child and Adult Needs Assessments and Independent Life Skills Readiness.

Over 300 organization, including 900+ caregivers, have joined together and served over 150,000 people in a 3-county footprint.
