Experience the power of CONNECT — at work in 84 cities in 37 counties

Let's Explore Potentials & Possibilities!

We are community stakeholders and passionate caregivers who are on the “front lines” of fighting poverty, hunger, and health disparities in Indiana.  We are coming together to learn from each other, share best practices, and explore innovative approaches that make a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families.

Indiana Care Networks in YellowCollaborators
Counties marked in yellow are where community stakeholders are using innovative technology and capacity-building tools to build well-connected and resourceful Care Networks. These enable all helping agencies, from across a community, to work together more efficiently and effectively. Results are remarkable!

People, and the helping agencies that serve them, gain greater access to knowledge and resources that can transform their lives.

Come hear amazing stories as how helping agencies, across Indiana, are learning how to...

  • successfully address COVID-19 challenges and the increased demand for services.
  • make it easier to assess people's needs and quickly coordinate resources in real-time.
  • use innovative technology to eliminate paperwork, streamline distribution, and make referrals.
  • become more efficient and resourceful by reducing duplication by as much as 91%.
  • develop mutually beneficial, community partnerships for greater collective impact.
  • use data to make better informed decisions, measure results, and increase funding.

Our communities and our world face such complex problems that we no longer can solve them by gathering a few experts in a room and letting them dictate change. We can only fix them if we use comprehensive community problem-solving efforts rather than single-focused approaches. We need to meet and communicate and partner with each other, and we need to include representatives from all parts of our communities.

Oasis insight — New Features

CT logo
Big opportunity to see new and exciting features in Oasis Insight. These streamline distribution — ensuring that individuals and families are better served in a timely, safe, and dignified way.
We will show you how to use barcode scanning, signature pads, and paperless data collection. These speed the process of identifying clients, quickly providing them food, and keeping track of distributions and their impact. We will also show you new innovative tools that address the challenges of COVID-19.
  • Kiosk Mode — Now, clients can be handed an iPad, or sit at a computer on agency premises, and fill out their own intake form digitally. Our advanced Kiosk Mode allows clients to apply “online” for assistance from a helping agency.  Clients simply go to a secure web link, via any Internet connection, and provide information that is sent to a helping agent who assesses needs and coordinates assistance.
  • Client Scheduling - You can now create and configure appointments for clients. With handy features such as recurring events and capacity limits, you can streamline your operations and logistics.
  • Client Broadcasts - You can send mass text message (SMS) and voice (text-to-speech) broadcasts to your clients. This is a great way to inform your clients quickly and easily with news and updates from your organization.
